We can deliver to home, business or work addresses.
It is important to note that ALL Memories Order Of Service Booklets will be delivered via a secure/signed for delivery service. This is for safety and security reasons as your Stationery will contain sensitive personal information such as names, occasion date and location. This may also indicate that your home address will be vacant on a specific day. We send shipments out on a 1 day service, but this is not guaranteed, as there are occasions when the courier cannot deliver on the expected day, which is beyond our control.
All orders will be processed within 4-5 working days for Standard Booklets and 7-10 Days for Premium Booklets, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Greenwich Time (UTC/GMT +8hours).
The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 2-3 working days and the Express courier is approximately 1-2 working days from the time of placing your order. This is applicable only to all UK Mainland deliveries. For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.
Our Predict service lets recipients across Europe know the exact hour their order of service booklets will arrive. By sending delivery information in advance via SMS or email, there’s no more waiting around. It’s also easy to change the time, day or place of delivery if plans change.
Shipping is charged at £15 for all deliveries via Standard courier. For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address.
Shipping addresses can be amended on the morning of delivery providing your order is despatched via dpd.

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. It is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.
