Each Memories design is unique, and therefore the number and dimensions of images required will differ depending on which style of design you choose. Please refer to the product description of each product to see what is required for each design.

We recommend using 300dpi images, and prefer to receive either jpeg or png images, although we can use other file formats. We understand that sometimes you many not have access to the highest quality images, so we will do our best with what you are able to provide, however all images must be provided in a digital format – printed images must be scanned for uploading.

Yes, Funeral Directors can purchase a service booklet and upload content on behalf of your family, however they are likely to need you to provide them with photos and basic information.

After you have purchased a product, you then need to provide Memories with the content via our order form which you’ll be prompted to fill out before checkout. Once you have done this, you can expect to receive your customised Funeral Service Booklets within 24 -48 hours.

Yes, absolutely. Once you have completed the order form before checkout , we get straight to work on your Service Booklet design. On completion of the design and layout, we send you the design by email and whats app for you and the family to review.

If after receiving your customised Order Of Service Booklet there are elements that you would like changed, just let us know by email on info@memoriesbydd.com and we will ensure that the revision is made as quickly as possible.

Theres no need to worry simply, make us aware and our team will rectify it for you. Please be aware that major changes will add additional time to our usual turnaround time. However, you can email changes to info@memoriesbydd.com *Please note it is recommended that you follow up with a phone call to ensure your changes have been received successfully.

We offer extra hard copies which can be mailed direct to those that could not attend, at a unit cost of £5.50 (inc p&p) per booklet.
We can easily replace photos with patterns, or landscape images as per your preferences.

If you have not yet supplied us the content for your Order Of Service Booklet, then you may change your mind about the design you wish to use, but must advise us of this when you upload your content.
However if you have already supplied us with the content for your Order Of Service Booklet, then we have likely already begun the design process to customise your content using the design you have purchased. To change the design at this point is a considerable amount of rework, therefore you will need to purchase another template, and allow another 24 hours from that point to customise the new template
